1. Para llevar registro de tu contabilidad.
Las facturas, recibos de pago, ventas, gastos, todo referente a registro de contabilidad lo llevo en https://www.waveapps.com/es totalmente ¡gratis!.
Es una aplicación muy sencilla de usar, ideada para negocios pequeños y emprendedores. Me ha ayudado a mantenerme organizada y a administrar mejor mi negocio.
2. Para llevar tu identidad visual.
Personalmente me encanta https://www.canva.com/ la uso para crear todos mis posts de redes sociales, para el diseño de mis productos digitales como las guías o E-books.
Te permite crear toda tu identidad visual de tu marca, desde los colores, tipografía, logo, sin tener que ser diseñadora gráfica, en fin, todo lo que puedas necesitar para crear esa identidad con la que tus clientes ideales te van identificar apenas ven una publicación tuya.
Te ayuda a crear esa consistencia que se necesita para atraer y conectar con tu cliente ideal. Podrás crear todos tus post, comunicaciones, PDF y mucho más.
La recomiendo 100% por su versatilidad y sencillez a la hora de usarla.
3. Para planificar tus publicaciones en Instagram – Facebook.
Para mí la organización y planificación juegan un papel principal de mi día a día, una de mis herramientas favoritas es https://www.planoly.com/
Puedo planificar las publicaciones o imágenes de los posts de la próxima semana en un día o un par de horas. Claro, cuento con una guía ya creada con anterioridad y pensada acerca del contenido que quiero publicar, tanto para mi Blog como para los posts regulares en redes sociales.
Esto me ahorra mucho tiempo y logro a la vez publicar contenido de más valor para mis seguidores, a diferencia que, si publicara lo que se me ocurre día a día, le faltaría ese sentido, consistencia y valor que quiero transmitir con mis contenidos.
Esta herramienta te permite continuar teniendo esa conexión diaria con tus seguidores, a pesar de que te vayas de viaje, estés de vacaciones o tengas un día super ocupado.
La aplicación solo vincula tu cuenta de Instagram, pero coloque Facebook, porque directamente desde Instagram puedes publicar automáticamente en Facebook.
4. Para llevar TODO organizado.
Creo que deje lo mejor de último, esta es la herramienta que más uso y para TODO tanto personal como para mi negocio.
Microsoft Excel, es programa que se basa principalmente por ser una hoja de cálculo, para nosotros los emprendedores, que lidiamos con calendarios, listas, números, inventario, clientes, agenda, y la lista sigue y sigue…lo puedes usar para un sinfín de cosas.
Nos ayuda a almacenar y procesar un número considerable de datos e información, hacer estadísticas, cálculos, reportes, filtrar información, en conclusión, es una herramienta super útil en tu negocio, porque no solo te ayuda a organizarte mejor, sino que es un gran aliado para la toma de decisiones.
