Estos consejos son simples, completamente posibles para lograr dar pasos hacia el desarrollo de nuevos hábitos, pero que sea posible no quiere decir que sea fácil, lo que sí te puedo decir es que después de escuchar este podcast, te vas a motivar y por supuesto tienes que accionar.
